SELECTION
In order to aspire to be an Assistant Driver, all candidates must pass a strict selection process led by our human resources team where they must pass three exams.
LANGUAGES They must speak fluently at least three languages, so we can guarantee to always serve our clients in the language that makes them feel most comfortable.
EXPERIENCE In addition to having at least five years of experience assisting senior management, they must demonstrate that their values are aligned with those of our company.
GENERAL CULTURE All our applicants must demonstrate knowing how to be, knowing how to be and knowing how to do, to guarantee true distinction, loyalty and absolute discretion to the client.
An Assistant Driver keeps all your service, driving and attention capabilities ready. But its main objective is to lighten the load of our clients and make their day more pleasant.
We select true “conductors of orchestras” with procedures similar to those followed to reach management positions in the business field.
An Assistant Driver is a person who has solid training in personal assistance.
